I know what you mean Charlene-Ann, matte lipsticks do pick up any dryness on the lips. I always keep an old toothbrush handy and once in a while I scrub my lips with some aquaphor or vaseline gently ;) Great for exfoliating and moisturizing! Thanks for keeping in touch on blogger
